The brief
Radha Creation makes traditional Indian mukhwas (mouth fresheners) and wanted to sell beyond word of mouth. They needed an online store that presents a small range of blends beautifully, takes payments from customers across India and brings buyers back for repeat orders.
The challenge
Food is bought on trust and taste, and a screen can deliver neither. The store had to feel authentic and premium, explain each blend clearly and keep checkout simple for first-time online buyers, most of them on mobile.
What’s in the build
- WooCommerce catalogue organised into Mukhwas, Seeds base and Special Mukhwas categories
- Cart, checkout and customer accounts, with the Instamojo payment gateway
- Email sign-up through Mailchimp and MailPoet, including a top-bar sign-up
- Product feed for Google through Google Listings & Ads
- FAQ, return and refund, terms and privacy pages
- Chat button for quick customer questions, and LiteSpeed caching
How I approached it
I organised the range into clear collections (Mukhwas, Seeds base and Special Mukhwas) and gave it a warm, heritage-inspired look with the product photography up front. The path from homepage to cart is short, checkout runs through Instamojo, an Indian payment gateway, and email sign-ups and Google product listings help with repeat orders and discovery. Caching keeps pages fast on mobile.

Outcome
The brand now runs its own online store: products, prices and orders are managed in WooCommerce, payments go through Instamojo, and every order and sign-up grows a customer list for future offers.
